About

Ten years of making sure the details had an owner.

Today I own the post-approval creator fulfillment pipeline at a UGC video agency, from creator activation through footage upload and handoff to editing. I also build the tools my team runs it on: Apps Script and Make automations, live Monday.com and Drive lookups, and Claude-powered assistants with a human review step.

Before that I managed an IT department and taught programming for eight years. That's why I can scope a problem, build the fix, and keep it maintained.

Build the system once, properly, so nobody has to be a hero on a Friday.

    Creative Fulfillment Specialist

    • Own the post-approval creator pipeline: contracting, compliance, shipping against filming dates, and handoff to editing.
    • Run SLA-driven follow-ups and escalations, and rate creators for promotion, retraining or replacement.
    • Designed and built the ten AI-assisted tools and automations above, for status tracking, creator messaging, QC handoffs, ratings and payment cycles.
    • Automated the submission-to-QC handoff in Make: each deliverable submission moves its production item to QC without a manual board update, with a Slack fallback so failures never go unnoticed.
